Do you provide both full-event planning and rental services?
Yes, we offer end-to-end event management including event concept design, vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution. In addition, we provide rental services such as canopy rental, chairs, sound systems, red carpet, portable booths, and event decorations.
How far in advance should I book an event?
For large events such as weddings, annual dinners, or conferences, we recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance. For smaller events like birthday parties or private gatherings, 4 to 8 weeks is advisable, especially during peak seasons (year-end, festive periods).
Can you handle multilingual or multicultural events?
Absolutely. We are experienced in managing multilingual events (English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil) and multicultural celebrations including Chinese weddings, Indian weddings (Deepavali, Thaipusam themes), Malay weddings (Hari Raya), and corporate events with diverse guest backgrounds.
Do you serve only KL and Selangor or other parts of Malaysia as well?
Our main operations are in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and the Klang Valley (Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Ampang, Kajang, Klang). However, we do travel for outstation events within Peninsular Malaysia (Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh) upon request.
